Recurring Uploading Error

My website, howclip.com recently had a minor attack and there was a virus and videos files were wiped out. There are some in trash that are to be taken out, found out when speaking with Hosting support. I want to use a new dev because of the recurring issue when uploading videos through the multi step process.
I need a more senior dev that will see the job through, so that the recurring issue is resolved, otherwise just back where I began.
