Rectify Aleady built website which is made using Codeigniter & PhP.

I need full redovelopment of my website which has been built using Codeigniter & Php as language. the website is partially done and needs a lot of design and development changes. there are a lot of bugs to be fixed and it need to be operational. you can change the way it works but it needs to deliver the assigned command with ease and quickly. the site needs a major backend overhaul and few front end adjustments too. we are on a very fixed time table and have only 12 days to finish off the whole project. kindly take on the project only and only when you can deliver on time & be dedicated to the work assigned to you. if you are not someone who can handle projects under tight deadline I kindly request you not to bid on this project.
