Project Scope and Deliverables:
1. Theme Customization
• Child Theme Setup:
• Ensure all customizations are made in the child theme to preserve WorkReap’s core updates.
• Copy necessary template files (single.php, archive.php, etc.) to the child theme and modify as required.
• Custom Functions:
• Add functionality for recruiter rewards, retention guarantees, and milestone-based bounty payouts (50% after 45 days, remaining after the retention period).
• Ensure platform commission (25%) is deducted from the displayed recruiter bounty.
• UI Improvements:
• Create visually appealing job and candidate pipelines, similar to Paraform’s layout.
• Ensure responsive design and an intuitive user experience.
2. API Integration
• ATS Integration:
• Integrate with leading ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workable, Lever) via REST API.
• Allow clients to sync job postings and candidate pipelines with external ATS systems.
• Kanban Board Integration:
• Enable drag-and-drop functionality for managing candidate stages (e.g., submission, client review, interviews, offer).
• Include default columns like “Submission,” “Inbox,” “Interview Steps,” “Offer,” “Hold,” and “Reject.”
• Allow clients to add custom interview stages and set notes for each stage.
3. Job and Candidate Management
• Job Posting Customization:
• Use WooCommerce products for job postings.
• Add custom fields (e.g., Min/Max Salary, Bounty Range, Retention Guarantee).
• Display job details like company information only after freelancer approval by the client/admin.
• Candidate Submissions:
