Recruitment Academy & Referral Page
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I'm looking to design a recruitment academy on my website, aimed at providing training on various facets of the recruitment industry.
In addition to standard recruitment techniques, interview skills, and resume writing courses, I want to offer a range of other recruitment-related courses such as sourcing and screening candidates, onboarding and orientation, employer branding, and social media recruitment.
Furthermore, I'd like to provide sales courses that focus on acquiring and retaining clients and candidates.
Referral Page:
For new recruitment agencies looking to establish themselves, I plan to incorporate a referral page offering a comprehensive toolkit.
This toolkit should include:
- Templates for contracts and agreements
- Guidance on legal and compliance requirements
- Recommendations for software and tools
- Recommendations for invoice finance, payroll, umbrella companies, and web developers
- Recommendations for ATS/CRM systems, VOIP, SMS services, Lead generation, Marketing and a lot more which I'll add gradually once the academy is build and I'll came across other tools.
The ideal candidate for this project should have experience in web development, e-learning platforms, and recruitment industry knowledge.
This is a holistic project that involves both designing interactive online courses and creating a comprehensive referral page for new agencies.
