Recover website from Wayback Machine

We are looking for an expired website of ours that was lost when we failed to renew our domain name. There are two version of the same website. One version was last on-line in 2012. The more recent version was last on-line in 2018. The content is very similar between the two sites. These are political websites used during an election cycle. The scope of the project is to find the websites on the Wayback Machine and to recover as much as possible. We can call this phase one of the project. And we will be grateful if you can complete this for us. Please give us a bid for these services.
We will also need to put this website back on the internet under a new domain name. If this is something that the bidder can do, please give us a separate price for those services.
