Recover a Twitch stream (VOD) which is not saved by default

We know that Youtube streams are saved automatically. On Twitch, however, the option "Save previous transmissions" has to be activated for some time.
Allegedly streams are saved anyway.
Project content:
Recover of all videos that were saved on 4.9. were made by the user pathst (my user).
