Recommend a logistics related woocommerce or shopify plugin/system

I am looking for a freelancer who can recommend an existing plugin/system for my WooCommerce/Shopify e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate should have experience in working with WooCommerce/Shopify and be familiar with the available plugins in the market. WooCommerce plugin is preferred.

I need the plugin/system to serve the same purpose and fulfill the same function as the calculator on that page: customers can input info for the plugin/system to calculate the shipping cost automatically based on the table rate shipping cost rules pre-configured by the admin in the admin panel.
