Recode of website backend (currently php, some js) to rust

I am looking for an experienced developer who is proficient in the Rust programming language to recode the backend of my website. The current backend is written in PHP with some JavaScript. Here are the details of the project:

Skills and experience required:
- Proficiency in the Rust programming language
- Experience in backend development and recoding websites

Project requirements:
- Recode the current backend from PHP and JavaScript to Rust
- Maintain all features and functionality of the current backend
- Ensure speed, performance, and anti-SQL injection measures are optimized
- Enhance user experience
