Recieve SMS to Email with correct sernder from API

I have a Twilio / Sendgrid funtion setup that sends sms to our Support RMM que and creates a Ticket.
This works today, but we need to assign the ticket to the correct person, not always do we have the persons phonenumber.
When sending the SMS the subjectline contains the senders phonenumber, i would like the phonenumber to be grabbed from our RMM api to either get the persons name or email so we know who the sender is.
Best would be, if it would be possible to grab the email from the sending phonenumber and add as sender.
Then the incoming ticket would automaticly be assigned to the correct user.
