Rebuilding registration form Shopify and build API connection with third parties

We are experiencing an issue with the registration form and API integration with a third-party on our Shopify website. The form is hosted by a service provider to which we do not have access (as we have taken over the management of the website) and therefore needs to be rebuilt. Additionally, the API integration with two third-party services must also be reconstructed.
