Rebuild the front-end of an Opencart 1.5.6 customized package

We own a company that offers our customers an Opencart 1.5.6 customized package. We have now decided to rebuild the entire front-end using a PHP framework. We intend to keep ( adjust and integrate ) some base Opencart classes(controllers and models).
We haven't decided on a framework yet, though we have been looking into Symfony, Laravel and CodeIgniter.
Please include in your bid the PHP framework you'd be choosing for this and a very rough ETA.
