Rebuild an existing Laravel PHP website

I am looking for a skilled developer to rebuild our existing Laravel PHP website for our existing business. The website has a broken transaction function, specifically, the functions are not working after a stripe payment. I need someone who can fix this issue and optimize the website's performance. The ideal candidate should have experience in Laravel PHP, as well as experience with Stripe payments. A test website will be created in a subdomain, before migrating to the production website.
