Real world map (mini game)

Hello,

I am looking for someone to make a script similar to in the video attached.

I will need:
- Login/Register (plain text password is fine, as will convert to my framework)
- User to purchase land (like in the video)
- Land shown on map as owned/unowned (if already owned, unable to purchase)
- Update land in the database upon purchase
- User able to move around map
- Ideally using mapbox

Basically what is shown in the video is what i need.
No other features are required other than what is shown in the video.
