Real-time Email List Updating using Circle & FloDesk

I'm in need of a coding solution that can help me keep my email list up to date on an ongoing basis for my membership. I currently use Circle and FloDesk. The issue lies in the fact that Zapier, which I currently use for automation, cannot maintain tags when members unsubscribe.
Key Job Requirements:
- Integration: The coding solution should be able to synchronize and interact with my Circle and FloDesk accounts in real-time.
- Real-Time Updating: The email list needs to be updated continuously as members subscribe and unsubscribe.
