Real estate cold calling

Between my schedule and trying to work full time the time I could use to cold call is kinda taken away by my day to day but I’m willing to pay 50$ for 30 calls to leads or and to make it even better we can JV on any deal together and split the profits. I already have connections to cash buyers I just need you to get it under contract we sign the JV contract for the property then I had it over to my people and the job is done.
