Real Time Stock Scanner & Options Order Flow Scanner

I'm looking for someone who have developed stock & stock options live screener & scanner before using real time stock prices / option order flow and charts (using different indicators, stocks and options data and APIs ) ... this is a SAAS project ... there are more details to the project that will be provided along with examples of the project once I find the right developers who have done something similar before.
The team must be able to finish the whole project (needed functions with the needed APIs / testing and design and SAAS functions "using stripe API and PayPal" ) without any hiccups and must have finished similar projects before, there are similar projects like Flow-Alg-o and Trad-e-Ideas (Remove the dashes). Attached images are just a glimpse of what will be needed.
