Real-Time Appointment Availability Detection Bot

Hello,
I am looking for a programmer with experience in web scraping and automation to develop a bot capable of detecting appointment availability in real time on an official Spanish online appointment system.
Minimum requirements:
• The bot must monitor the official appointment page and detect availability in real time.
• It must send immediate alerts using integrated messaging or notification systems.
Optional (please specify in your proposal if included):
• The bot automatically enters data and reserves the appointment when availability is detected.
• Ability to manage multiple users (with preloaded data).
• Support for proxies / IP rotation / management of multiple sessions.
• A simple dashboard or control system to enable, disable, and monitor searches and reservations.
The programmer must:
• Have demonstrable experience in scraping / bots for similar systems.
• Be able to show previous examples or functional demos.
• Deliver in milestones:
Detection + alerts
Automatic reservation (if included)
Proxy integration (if applicable)
Dashboard (if applicable)
