I would like to launch a Real Estate website which has company services related pages including agents consulting, about us, etc. One of the key features we want to offer on the Real Estate website is properties listing like you see on the below website.

E.g.

I came across a theme which offers properties listing feature to audience.

But the problem with this theme is that it generated dynamic links upon filters selection.

You could see this query (Property-type=house&offer-type=sale&sortBy=priceHighToLow) looks to be dynamic using Ajax which generate non-indexing page.

Can we change the properties listing web page to static which get indexed like below one?
