Real Estate software to match Buyers/Sellers and Tenant/Landlords

I am looking for a software developer that can build a real estate software to go on my transparent bidding platform. My website allows a buyer and tenant to list the type of property they are looking to lease (bed, bath, property type, location, size etc). I want a software that can match the type of property through public data/ MLS etc that they are looking for whether the property is on or off market.
Additionally, I want to have a software where it can connect the right seller to buyer and landlord to tenant. Software should be able to collect big data points about the type of person that would buy/lease the type property listed (example Buyers/Tenants looking on zillow for the same type of property or other related sites and be able to connect them with the right seller or landlord.)
