Multi-phase project; we are starting with Phase 1 - that is what you are bidding on.
NO WORDPRESS - however, open to platform as long is there is ease of use for clients and staff. This is NOT ecommerce. We are looking for developers who have ACTUAL unique design skills; cookie cutter templated website samples will NOT win you this bid. The project is for a real estate team, but do NOT think of this project as your typical click and search real estate website. Please submit with samples of your MOST CREATIVE website design work. BID CLEARLY AND AS CLOSELY AS TO WHAT YOU CAN ACTUALLY DO THIS WORK FOR; WE WILL NOT TOLERATE BAIT AND SWITCH BIDS.
Phase 1: To serve as a medium as where potential real estate clients can come to view & learn about our real estate team (of agents) as well as conduct property searches utilizing the raw data dump provided from our local real estate board as well as view messages & property lists sent by specific team agents. Other features below:
- DESKTOP&MOBILE
- Create design samples for website - start with overall structure. Reference websites like progress.paris21.org/ or leagiongames.com
- Create & develop backend and frontend logged in areas
- Logged in portions include: 1) main admin/site control; 2) team agent login via frontend; 3) client area login via frontend
- Utilizing a VOW feed - raw data dump - from our local multiple listing service. Properties should be able to be search by frontend website visitors, as well as through the agent logged in area where agents may select properties to send to stored client contacts.
- Agents will be able to view a history of the properties they have sent to clients (property buyers as an example) - Clients may "favorite" specific properties sent on the list; these will be stored for later reference; agent can view what they have favorited - Ability for agent to see if client view sent properties
- Reminder for client when they viewed and favorited a specific property
- Ability to add notes to favorited and unfavorited properties
- Control various general content pages on website
- Build/place various contact forms on website
- Admin control for creation & management of both agent & client accounts
- For agent accounts, the admin may set an option for the agent to have a specified webpage on the site (profile page); THIS MUST be able to create & apply a subdomain. For example,, our website domain is www.levinteam.com; an agent may need firstlast.levinteam.com for their marketing.
- Ability for agents to manage their profiles & accounts
- Client Management Area
- Admin and agents can create, store & manage client info; share client with more than one agent; view current status urgency of clients; adjust using drag drop sliding bars
