I'm seeking a skilled developer or team to design and develop a comprehensive real estate website for a brokerage firm specializing in properties and land in India and Dubai-UAE. The website needs to be fully database-driven, with a frontend completely controlled by a backend admin panel.

Key Requirements:
- Property listing and search functionality
- User registration and login
- Interactive maps integration
- Detailed property listings with:
- Images and videos
- Price and location
- Detailed descriptions
- User interactions:
- Schedule a visit
- Contact the seller
- Save to favorites

We also need development, hosting, and 60 days of bug-free operation post-launch. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in real estate.
