Real Estate Team Website Development - NO LISTINGS at this time - user data submissions and agent login/CRM
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are seeking a website developer to build out our real estate team website - SLEEK yet CREATIVE - not a typical templated look. There will NOT be a listing feed at this time but rather the website will serve to inform the public who we are, what we do and allow them to submit their information as well as allow the admin and team agents/members to manage various content, client CRM features, and view potential lead info. We do NOT want wordpress - it is nothing but problems and we want to develop further in the near future on this website and wordpress will not suffice for what will be needed.
THIS IS NOT A LARGE PROJECT but we have attached a relatively large FULL SPEC outline to this post as to try to be as clear as possible as to what will be needed. We have also attached some of our marketing materials to show you some of our branding including a previous website mockup (ignore the featured listing section on it as we will not be utilizing a listing search at the moment) - WE ARE OPEN TO DESIGN IDEAS.
