Familiar with Cloud API (Meta's official API) setup and webhook verification

ChatGPT/OpenAI API

Experience integrating OpenAI's ChatGPT API (gpt-4 or gpt-3.5-turbo)

Ability to send and receive dynamic messages via API

Prompt engineering skills for real estate FAQs or lead generation automation

API Integration (Backend Development)

Proficient in Node.js, Python, or PHP for webhook and middleware logic

Able to connect APIs securely and manage real-time user conversations

Familiarity with server deployment (AWS, Heroku, etc.)

Real-Time Messaging & Automation

Experience building automated lead collection flows

Ability to integrate WhatsApp chats with ChatGPT responses inside ManyChat

Understanding of CTWA (Click-to-WhatsApp Ads) integrations is a plus
