Key Features:
- User Roles: The app should cater to three main user roles: real estate developers, apartment owners, and maintenance managers.
- Project Details: Real estate developers should be able to input specific information for each project such as the number of apartments, project location, completion date, apartment layout and picture, and the current project status.
- Apartment Management: Once an apartment is purchased, the owner should be able to manage their unit with the help of a maintenance manager for that specific tower.
- Service Requests: Apartment owners should have the ability to open tickets, raise issues, and request services.
- Invoice Approval: A feature should be included that allows all apartment owners to approve or reject maintenance company invoices.
- Secure Login: Apartment owners should log in using their phone number and a one-time password (OTP) for enhanced security.
