Real Estate CSS & Search Fix on React.js and Node.js -- 2

My real-estate " Buyhomeforless.com " website needs a quick but thorough tidy-up. The current CSS causes layout problems, styling inconsistencies, and several responsive design glitches that become obvious on tablets and smaller phones. In parallel, the property search bar has stopped filtering by price, bedrooms, and location, so visitors often get zero or the wrong results. The website layout on the product banner should be like realtor.com. The backend admin is not working and cannot log in

While reviewing the code, I also noticed that some listings show incorrect information, others render with a poor visual presentation, and a few disappear altogether. Those issues likely share a template or query root, so tackling them alongside the search repair should keep the work contained.

Here is what a successful hand-off looks like:

1. Feature for client that want to rank on the front page or a high rank on the page, it can pay extra to help rank.
2. Show the size where the upload browser image requires 640 x1200 example
The product image needs to be in another storage server and point to the website, so the website will not be heavy. Once it upload property image, it will automatically align the image in the right proportion
3. Contact sales rep button. Customers can call directly to an agent, or sent email, or use live chat
4. Need live chat on the site. Also need a call and chat button on the agent box.
5. Need an SEO plugin so it can do SEO with keywords, meta tags, etc.
6. Need expiration data on some home. Like it will display for 2 months
7. Need to be able to show SOLD, AVAILABLE, IN ESCROW on the property box
8. Need a monthly subscription page so client can be able to post their listing and connect to the payment gateway 2c2p
9. Social login/register and mobile OTP confirmation
10. Need fast loading and optimization for the mobile app
11. Currency change and price conversion according to the client's country. Just say if the client is from the USA, then the currency code changes to USD.
12. Do a nicer search filter that shows property address, City/Amphor, Province/States, Type of property, Status, Price range, Bedroom, Bathroom, Building Sqm, and land.
13. Need multi-language- THAI/ENGLISH/CHINESE/RUSSIAN
14. Fix why the data is not connecting to the database, and link the front to the backend of the database
15. Need an update and create a new admin backend for a newer version of Node.js and React. Js.
