Real Estate API Data Access & Management
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need to access data from the following data provider www.realestateapi.com via their API access.
Data we need is when a property listed for sale goes into Pending status in real time or as fast as possible once property goes from active for sale status to Pending, contingent or in contract status all should fall under their definition “pending Status”
From what I understand from speaking with them the have 2 options one is accessing the data which is 3 days old and the other is an add on for which they charge extra but might not have a choice to pay if it gives us the info in real time, The add on is the MLS service API which also provides pending status which we need. If we are eligible for MLS access needs to be confirmed as that wasn’t clear last time I spoke to them.
We only want residential properties ONLY, not land, Not Lot or commercial property.
Initial runs will be in a specific state, or maybe by zip codes,
We would of course take whatever information is offered for residential properties, as from what I understand they offer between 90 and 200 fields and that wouldn’t cost more.
The info we MUST have is full Address type of home , so we can have those addresses bulk skip traced by Realesatateapi to obtain (owner name email if available and phone number in order for us to be able to market to them. They charge 9 cents per skip trace through their system which can be very costly so we are looking into other services for the skip tracing. We would either way need data in a CSV file to possible run through other skip tracing options.
The first concern is to be able to figure the best way to find out when a property goes from active to pending status. In a perfect world we would want that info to that available in their system which I’m pretty sure its not but maybe it is. Assuming it’s not then the intail run or call will be for properties in Pending status state only in a specific and rerun or recall every day and separating the new ones added every day into a separate file so we know there RECENT and worth marketing too. For each day a property is in Pending status the value of that data diminishes to us. Ex. 1 to 2’s days from the time a property goes from Active for sale status to Pending Status is a value score of 10, Whereas 2 to 5 days from the time a property goes from Active for sale status to Pending Status is a value score of 8. (7 to 10 Days Value score is 5 and after that it losses almost all its value to us.
We are looking for a freelancer to understand what we need and why, build us what we need to access the data, store the data, update the data and access the data to put through our making channels, which are phone dialers, SMS messaging in Bulk as well as Email in bulk.
Phone number need to be accessible in order to be verified as a cell phone or land line and or not on the do not call list.
Freelancer needs to be able to guide us through the entire process to what else is required on our part like server and or automation capabilities.

If our beta text comes back positive, we will be scaling up fast (approx. 50x Times within 12 months or less and we would be interested in the freelancer we choose to build what we need to stay on board and hopefully full time working exclusively for us to manage and improve the system and add AI functionality and Ai Analyzing.
