Reading messages from some telegram channels where I subscribed : PHP backend only

I need solution on PHP that can read new messages from some telegram channels where I subscribed . Reading should happen quickly ASAP (in ideal - instantly as message appears in channel). Found new messages should be sent in function where further processing happens (that function is not a part of current project).
