Required is basic React JS based website -
It will be linked to an INGAME user account system, allowing people to do the following -
Login via username & password (EMAIL ACCEPTED)
Create PLAYER - Initialise a character in MYSQL DB
Begin a multi step application (Question and text answers)
UCP Should have a ranking system
Specific ranks should have access to view and approve/deny applications
Graphs - List a count of registered players, user applications, vehicles and property
Virtual Currency
MYSQL DB - Use virtual currency to change SQL table for PLAYER NAME
MYSQL DB - Use virtual currency to change SQL table for VEHICLE PLATE
MYSQL DB - Use virtual currency to change SQL table for DONATOR RANK
