React w/Blockchain Front End Needed -- 2

Description:
I have a MERN stack project, which I need the REACT part developed. What You will need to do:
- Create site boilerplate (using a template, previously agreed between us)
- Must use Web3Modal for wallet connection.
- Site must call to some Web3 methods, and after each method call success will call to the API to store on db. Example calls: Connect wallet, ask for signatures, create/update/remove listings/offers, same for profile.
- Need to interact with opensea to grab some data.
- Code must be well commented.
- the project usees typescript
I will provide:
- Project files ready to develop react part.
- API endpoints to call. If some are missing, you must let me know
- Smart Contract Web3 methods to call.
