ReCAPTCHA Issue on Website

My website is facing a 'Robot verification failed, please try again' error when trying to register on the https://www.a.com version. Everything works fine on the https://a.com version.

I suspect this might be a reCAPTCHA key issue, as it was working correctly until five days ago.
