I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a web scraper that runs on a Raspberry Pi. This scraper will monitor an overtime posts on a specific website (details to be provided privately) that requires a login with a username and password. The scraper should use NordVPN to maintain privacy, and when overtime is available, it should send me a text via Twilio.
Key Requirements:
- The web scraper should be able to manage and use cookies, refreshing every 5 seconds.
