Raspberry Pi4 Timer Animation

I need a skilled programmer to set up a countdown timer on three 16x32 WS2812B panels using a Raspberry Pi 4. The timer format should be in HH:MM:SS and accompanied by animated effects.

I want to log into a webpage on the rpi where i can set the time, colour, animation for eaach display,
I will connect a push button switch for reset, and start for each display. (3)
when press start button (connected to gpio) it will start the count down, when at 1min left it flashes too, then on 0 says GAME OVER. (i can pick this wording in the webpage config)
I need to be able to set the wording, colour, timer etc for each separate display.

i can test here when files are ready, i know how to wire and run from rpi, i will give you remote desktop too, i do have a camera on the rpi 4 too so i could setup to point at the display and you can see yourself if its working and testing.

Requirements:
- Countdown timer functionality

- Animated effects during the countdown

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience with Raspberry Pi
- Proficiency in programming WS2812B LED panels
- Animation skills for dynamic visuals
