RafflePress (WordPress plugin) need a Custom Entry via PayPal Donation (WEBHOOKS & CUSTOM PLUGIN REQUIRED) -- 2

This task requires an excellent understanding of PayPal's webhook and API system to confirm successful payments.

Here are the requirements:
Using the RafflePress plugin under WordPress, I need to automatically award a custom entry after a successful PayPal transaction. This custom code will automatically grant an entry once their payment is confirmed with PayPal.
Ultimately when clicking the custom entry to "Donate $10 to our Fundraising & Advertising," I would like the following:
1) The user's email they are logged-in to the giveaway with (RafflePress email) must be passed to PayPal (because it's not necessarily the same email they donate with PayPal).
2) Allow the user to see a brief description of the $10 donation at PayPal and complete it.
3) After PayPal determines the transaction is confirmed, the webhook event ("PAYMENT.SALE.COMPLETED") must trigger an entry for that user's RafflePress email (that was passed to PayPal, not the PayPal email).
If necessary, Zapier is able to also be integrated with RafflePress if it must be needed.
Otherwise, there is some sample plugin from RafflePress on how to complete an action programmatically, which I will provide below. It contains two code samples: one adds a user, and the other programmatically complete an entry. This plugin requires the giveaway_id, action_id, and email parameters. Those parameters should be assigned as follows:
Giveaway ID: 1
Action ID: gulabzi
Email: <the user's email>
But this plugin must incorporate the functionality to activate the entry based on the successful PayPal transaction.
