Racing manager (APP)

I'm new to this but I'm wanting to make a game. I want it to be a racing Manager game! I want it to be free but include ads and options to buy upgrade things like that! I want to start out with a good in-depth detail of things to do and things to upgrade all across the broad! I need a partner to help build this from the ground up! More or less a tycoon game! If someone would be able to help me turn this ideal Into making money by listening to my ideals putting my thoughts into action. I feel this it will definitely be a top app!
