RUST Gambling Website -- 2

Looking for someone to build a fully functional RUST gambling website.
Site should work just like any other RUST/CSGO gambling website.
Website should be able to use Steam bots to trade the skins (deposits/withdrawals).
Preferably looking for someone with past experience.
Must know STEAM API.
Looking forward to adding these game modes:
- roulette
- upgrader
- coinflip
- jackpot

Laravel or any other framework that you feel comfortable working in can be used.
