RTSP streaming service (RTSP.me clone) SAAS

This project would be a development of a RTSP streaming service that functions similar to RTSP.me, basically it allows user to generate a HTML code which is ready for embedding on website from RTSP link. The project includes development of the application as well as implementing it on a production server.
This project will be a SAAS and it should has all the functions on RTSP including all the addon paid functions found here https://rtsp.me/#tarif such as Auto-play, Timelapse, Video Archive, H.265 Support, Hide logo etc.
The application should include a front-end and back-end, scripts to deploy the encoding servers in multiple locations, supporting PayPal and Stripe payment gateway to top-up wallet which the credit will be used for add-on debiting. An admin panel is also needed for staff to view/edit/delete accounts, videos created and manage payment plan.
How the application should work.
1) User input their RTSP link and email
2) Users choose data center
3) HTML code/permalink will be generated and HTML5 video player will be showed
4) Email will be sent to the user input email address for their login
5) User can login and manage their account, purchase add-ons, or add RTSP links.
6) Add-ons can be purchased via topping up the account wallet with account credits via PayPal or Stripe
