RTSP Video Stream to FTP App

This project requires you to create a PHP-based or .NET or Python application that get an RTSP stream video and then housing the image on an FTP server.
The app must have a textbox where put the rtsp stream url (even with a password) another text box where set the polling time [second] another textbox where put FTP credential
