(RTL) Multivendor e-commerce platform for Car parts

Hi,
I need to develop a multivendor e-commerce platform for car parts and connect car catalogs with the website.
Project requirements:
1. Set up the server.
2. Develop Front-end, back-end.
3. Customer, Seller, and Admin dashboards.
- Customer: Account, Orders, Payments, Cars list, Wish list, Reviews, Support Chats system.
- Seller: Statistics, Orders, Products, Customers, Account details, Shipping, Store Branches\Warehouses, Customer support chat system.
4. Connect car catalogs with the product details for validations.
5. Payment gateway configuration.
6. Shipping Company configuration.
... these are the main requirements there might be other requests later.
The website needs to be in RTL (Arabic) and supports LTR with translation files.
Note: this is a long-time period project.
