RSFORM create reedit original form, with signature field.

We have a RSFORM!Pro v3.0.17 with signature field.
The form is already created with the correct layout, and the essentials fields.
But may be necessary for this workflow, new ones.

The submissions directory is prepared to the listing,
so, we need to create the same views to edit, and when needed send by email. (PDF submission)

The tricky one will be the signatures, that will be needed in the 2nd phase.
As the first part is only for ‘’registering the doc’’,
the 2nd. person will continue the same form, with the 1st part already filled in.


Here the Steps for the FORM: (see pdf for further details)

1- FORM CREATION
one group will fill 2 blocks of info, (+/-10 fields) then CREATE.

2-EDITING & SIGN THE FORM
need the same view, as when is created the 1st time.
the first 2 blocks are already populated with data,
then continue to fill the rest of info, upload photos and sign.
(if needed, send a copy by mail.)

3- FINALIZATION
same as editing, but signatures fields are locked.
will only modifie certain fields.

LISTS / SUBMISSION DIRECTORY

• edit, view & pdf - all with the same layout as form creation

• when in view, the photos can be in thumbails size +/-150px
but if clicked, will popup the fullsize.

• if possible, when upload, autoresize the image to 2mb if its bigger.
