Project Title:
Blockchain Module Development for Rental Marketplace (Binance Smart Chain)
Project Description:
We are looking for an experienced Blockchain Developer or Agency to design and implement the blockchain module for our rental marketplace platform, RNTOUT (www.rntout.com).
Our goal is to integrate Binance Smart Chain (BSC) to enable transparent, secure, and automated rental transactions using smart contracts, an immutable ledger, and an escrow payment system.
Key Requirements:
Develop Solidity-based Smart Contracts for rental agreements, payments, penalties, and dispute management.
Design an Escrow Payment System where rental fees or security deposits are held until the rental conditions are met.
Implement a Blockchain Ledger to record rental bookings, payment milestones, item pickup/return timestamps, and dispute activities.
Integrate with popular wallets like MetaMask and Trust Wallet for user transactions.
Provide blockchain APIs to fetch transaction histories and statuses for both the web and mobile platforms.
Enable real-time transaction tracking via BscScan or equivalent blockchain explorers.
Conduct a smart contract security audit (or facilitate a third-party audit) to ensure safety and reliability.
Assist with admin dashboard integration for blockchain monitoring and multi-signature transaction approvals.
Preferred Skills:
Strong experience with Binance Smart Chain (BSC)
Expertise in Solidity and smart contract development
