RECRUITMENT WEBSITE & APP PROJECT

We are looking for a skilled developer to create a recruitment website and app with the following features:
- Job posting and search: Employers should be able to post job listings, and job seekers should be able to search and apply for jobs.
- Resume upload and search: Job seekers should be able to upload their resumes, and employers should be able to search and view resumes.
- Candidate matching and recommendation: The website and app should have the ability to match job seekers with suitable job opportunities based on their skills and qualifications.
We require a user-friendly interface for both employers and job seekers, ensuring a seamless experience for all users.
Additionally, we need a high level of customization for the job search and application process. This includes the ability to tailor the search filters and application forms to meet our specific requirements.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:

WEBSITE
1. The website should have a section that highlights information about the company: Mission, Vision, Values, Partners, Contacts, etc.
2. Website Visitors should be able to submit inquiry forms.
3. The Site should have a vacancy display section where jobs are published.
4. Visitors/Job Seekers can apply to the published vacancies and submit their application letters, CV'S, and Certificates.
5. Job seekers are expected to create an account before they can apply for any of the published jobs
6. The website administrator is responsible for publishing vacancies on the website.
7. Website Administrator should have access to viewing and downloading all CVs, certificates and application letters submitted by Job seekers as they apply to the respective vacancies of their choice.
8. The site should have an online payment system that allows visitors/job seekers to make payments.
APP
1. The mobile APP should be the exact replica of the website.
2. The APP should be on both Google play Store & Apple Store and should work perfectly on all android and apple devices.
