Quran Reading Website Development

I'm looking to develop a clean, modern website for reading the Quran, inspired by www.quran.com but with modified components.

Must include:
- Quran text
- Audio recitations
- Backend for inputting Swahili translations

The goal is to create a user-friendly experience, so I'm open to suggestions for additional interaction features, such as search functionality, bookmarking verses, or interactive Tafseer.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Web development, especially with Quranic content
- Backend database integration
- Modern design principles and UX/UI design experience
- Experience with audio embedding technologies
