Quiz with Reward points

Hi, I had a reward based app purchased from well known website. And my requirements is , I want to add manual survey code and from admin panel I have an option to give particular number of questions and reward (particular number of coins) . And I want to change its UI. Those who are interested to do within my budget can only quote.
