Quiz management system offline

I am looking for a freelancer who can develop an offline quiz management system for me. The system should have the following features:

- Question bank management: The system should allow me to easily manage and organize a bank of questions.
- User management: There should be a user management functionality where I can add, edit, and delete users.
- Result generation and analysis: The system should be able to generate and analyze quiz results.

The quiz management system should support multiple choice questions only. Other types of questions are not needed.

I do not require any special functionalities like a timer or random question selection. Basic functionalities are sufficient for my needs.

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:

- Proficiency in programming languages such as PHP or laravel
- Experience in developing offline applications
- Knowledge of database management systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
