Quickbooks Webconnect PHP Syncer

We need a Quickbooks Webconnect syncer made in PHP. It needs to take customers from our database, and if they don't have a quickbooks ID create them in Quickbooks database, then save their QB ID. It also needs to create customers on our side if Quickbooks has new ones we don't have.

Needs to be done in PHP, as simple as possible with no outside frameworks. The chosen developer we'll give you an SQL dump of our customer database structure.

Needs to work with Quickbooks Web Connector software.
