I want to develop my own patient “que “system for my tele health practice.

1) user will be redirected to landing page where they will register account/login
2) phone will be entered so we can use Twillo API to send sms
3) once they have registered it will ask then questions

Once patients join either line we will have a que system where it displays all of the customers to be called back
I want to have SMS. So when the customer is almost at the top of the que they get a SMS confirming that they are still available. For example it will say “you turn in the que is coming up shortly. There are x number ahead of you. Please confirm Y or N that you are free. Our inbound caller ID is …..”
On the dash board it will have a section that shows confirmed YES based on their response
Also there will be different internal que (by role).

Scheduler
Assign function. I want to be able to assign tasks to each type of role. For example. The nurse speaks with the patient first. Then assigns that ticket to the provider que. So all she has to do is select assign button and she picks Provider from list. Or scheduling department. Which point that same persons file will go into the Que for the doctor.
When the doctor finishes the visit he can re assign the “ticke to scheduling department
