Quality Assurance Testing for new real estate listing website -- 2

We need someone to test our website www.newlista.com. Newlista is a commercial real estate and business listing website for Sale and Lease by owner only. We like the testor to test the website as if they are a seller or buyer of commercal real estate and business. We like the testor to sign up as a free user and check out the user dashboard. The testor can add a imaginary commercial real estate and business listing in order to test the features and can delete the listing after testing. We like the testor to give us a detailed QA report along with screen shots and recomendations. If you hve any questions, please let me know.
