Purchase Order Management System (POMS) Update

I would like to make some updates made to our existing POMS, with a SQL back end and Microsoft Access front end. The updates to be done will create data discipline within our POMS. The updates to currently be done will be to add in some drop-down columns that will contain user-entered data entered on another page.
