Pull data from an API and create a database

Our goal is to draw as much data as possible from an e-commerce platform(Seller's data) into Google Sheets to build database of our inventory, orders, shipments, products, etc.
You must be familiar with API push mechanism to pull data from API strings
The data has to be extracted in the google sheets.
We want the data to be constantly updated, so our sheets consistently display up-to-date data.
