Pull activity history from Real Geeks CRM into Hubspot CRM

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with a project that involves syncing data between my Real Geeks CRM and Hubspot CRM. Specifically, I need a recurring sync set up between the two systems. I have API access for both CRMs, so that should make the integration process smoother. The ideal freelancer for this project should have experience with CRM integrations and be able to create a custom integration that syncs the custom fields between the two systems. My goal is to have all the data fields I need synced seamlessly between my CRMs.
